Presentation: Touring Napa Valley

A short presentation on the wineries and complex topography of Napa Valley. Napa valley is home to 14 distinct AVAs each with its own unique effects on the grapes they produce.

We will also discuss how to get around Napa County and plan a trip of your own. With over 140 wineries, knowing how to plan a trip can be very challenging. Costs, popularity, and tasting formats vary greatly throughout the region.

We will start up our wine scoring class so bring a bottle of wine to be scored if you wish. This is optional.
